Installation method:
The convex mirror is supposed to stuck on smooth surface, so you need wipe out all the dirt, water and greasy dirt and dry it in advance. Then tear the peeling paper at the back of convex mirror down and stick the mirror to the planned spot. Press the surface of the convex mirror with hard yet even strength to make sure that the mirror is stuck solid. You can clean the mirror with gentle cleanser and dry it with a clean cotton cloth.
The steps of installation:
When installing a common convex mirror (road convex mirror), you need follow these steps:
Step 1: Fasten two angle irons to the back of road convex mirror with the matched screws (there are holes reserved for installation). It is worth noting that the arc fixing holes must face downward.
Step 2: Fix the two snap gauges onto the top of the stand column with the matched screws and fix the flange at the bottom of stand column on the ground with expanding bolts.
Step 3: Connect the fixed part of the step 1 and step 2 tighten them with screws.
Step 4: Rip off the protective film on the convex mirror surface after the installation is done. When installing a convex mirror onto the wall, just hit the expanding bolt into the wall an d fix them with screws and the installation is done.
When it comes to the maintaining of convex mirror, attention should be paid to the following announcements:
- Do not scratch the convex mirror surface with sharp objects.
- The applying temperature is -30°C~+70°C.
- Do not bend the mirror with any external force.
- Frequently clean up the dust and dirt on the mirror.
- Do not repeatedly tear off the released paper or touch it with your hands, otherwise the cohesive force will be weakened.
