Roadsky Monthly Team Building in June

Last Friday , June 30, the last day of the sixth month of 2017, Roadsky held its long-awaited company gathering, which is one of the special traditions of the Roadsky. All of the Roadsky working staff attended the gathering that is scheduled at 10 am. To start the event, Johnson Dai, the president of Roadsky firstly gave a speech which concluded the corporation operating during the past month and expressed the outlook for the quarter ahead. He also pointed the problems encountered in the order handling, customs clearance and other aspects. After the speech , it’s time for another tradition we have been following since long ago—business experience sharing. This time, two excellent sales representatives Yoyo and Steven respectively shared their order handling and problem solving experience with the Philippine customer and Thailand customer, which offered lots of useful information and advices for daily work. They proved  with action that to create high-quality and efficient management team is not only a slogan, but the belief in the enterprise culture.

After the meeting is over, the whole staff was treated with a hearty lunch in a nice buffet. As is known to all, everyone is glued to their phones these days, but instead of constantly checking the texts and social media and hiding our faces behind the screen, all of us were spending more time chatting with our colleagues, which is a good way to make connections with each other. Through the meeting as well as the lunch gathering, Roadsky staff not only deepened the bonds among colleagues, relieved everyone of the tension from the work, but also promote the exchange and cooperation of the team.
